Winthrop Marketplace’s Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right!
Return Window:
Items may be returned within 5 days of purchase and before the “use by” date.
What You’ll Need:
The item and original receipt are required for a refund.
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase:
Cash or check payments: refunded in cash.
Credit, debit, or EBT payments: credited back to the same account.
Items without a receipt but with a Winthrop Marketplace price sticker may be returned for store credit equal to the item’s value.
Condition of Items:
All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging whenever possible. If an item is used, opened, or damaged, please speak with a manager before the return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If a product is damaged or defective, please bring it back within 5 days, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once reviewed by staff.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or special-order items
Clearance or deeply discounted items (unless defective)
